申诉委员会
申诉委员会是一个公平公正的听证机构，负责处理城市雇员的申诉和纪律处分.
申诉委员会的组成可在与雇员组织签订的个别谅解备忘录中规定. 除非另有说明, the 申诉委员会 is comprised of one regular member and one alternate member appointed directly by the City Council; one regular member recommended for appointment by the employee associations; and one regular member recommended by the other two regular members.
